Morning and evening ask for the same thing: a clean base. The two-phase cleansing emulsion, together with the konjac sponge, frees your skin of sebum, make-up and urban pollution. Lemon seed oil lifts you with its fresh scent, while the acids take care of gentle exfoliation.

Application
Shake. Gently rinse.
Soak the sponge
Soak the included konjac sponge in clean water until soft.
Mix the two phases
Shake the bottle several times until both phases combine.
Cleanse gently
Wet your face and neck, pump 5 doses onto the sponge and massage gently in circular motions over the whole face and neck.
Rinse
Rinse with lukewarm water. Rinse the sponge thoroughly and let it dry.
Follow with No2. Bioactive Toner.

Why does the cleanser separate?
The oil and water phases naturally separate. Shake several times before each use to combine them. Separation at rest is part of the two-phase formula.
Will it remove make-up?
The oil phase helps dissolve make-up and oily impurities. Gently massage damp skin, then rinse. Long-wear or waterproof make-up may require a separate remover.
How do I care for the konjac sponge?
Let it soften in water before cleansing. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly, squeeze gently without twisting and leave to air dry. Replace it when it starts to break down or its smell changes.
What comes after cleansing?
Rinse the cleanser with lukewarm water. Morning and evening, follow with No2. toner to refresh and prepare skin for hydrating serum.
Why does it cost this much?
Jitka Vrňáková develops and hand-prepares the formulas in small batches in Prague. Hydrosols are distilled in copper, botanical macerates mature for weeks and actives are used at high concentration. Full sizes are made only after your order, so you are not paying for stock or for middlemen.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Travel Luxe set holds the same formulas in smaller volumes and lasts approximately 14–20 days, depending on use. It is the smallest way to get to know the whole ritual. You can also try the products in the salons we work with.
What if it does not suit me?
Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For cosmetics whose hygienic seal has been broken, the law does not allow this for hygiene reasons (Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code) — which is why we suggest starting with the travel set. If you are unsure, write to Jitka before you buy; she replies personally.
My skin is sensitive. What should I watch for?
Introduce new care gradually and start with a small amount. Before first use, apply a little to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. The full INCI is listed with every product, so you can check a specific ingredient. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your doctor first.
How soon will I see a difference?
Texture, scent and how skin feels are apparent straight away. For care that works on hydration and the skin barrier, it makes sense to judge the result after a few weeks of the ritual morning and evening. We promise no particular number of days — every complexion responds differently.
When will it arrive and what does delivery cost?
Delivery across the EU is free, always. Travel Luxe is in stock; full sizes are made to order by Jitka. We dispatch within 3 working days and send you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Can I combine J.Oli with what I already use?
Yes. The ritual is built so the steps follow one another from the lightest texture to the richest, and a product from another brand fits into that order. In the morning, always finish with SPF protection. If you use prescription treatments, speak to your doctor first.
