In the toner, it joins fermented ingredients and plant-derived collagen amino acids. This light composition moistens skin and prepares it for the next step.

Application

Refresh the skin
With eyes closed, spray 5 doses onto the face, neck and décolletage. Alternatively, apply them to a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin. Do not spray directly into the eyes.

Spray or cotton pad?
The spray is pleasant for a quick refresh. Use five doses on a cotton pad when you want to gently wipe the skin after cleansing. Close your eyes when spraying and avoid direct contact with them.
Does toner replace hydrating serum?
Toner provides a light moistening layer after cleansing. No3. follows with a gel containing hyaluronic acid and other water-binding ingredients. The two steps complement each other.
How often and how much?
Use five sprays morning and evening after No1. cleanser. Do not rinse. Gently press the toner into your skin and follow with No3. serum.
Why does it cost this much?
Jitka Vrňáková develops and hand-prepares the formulas in small batches in Prague. Hydrosols are distilled in copper, botanical macerates mature for weeks and actives are used at high concentration. Full sizes are made only after your order, so you are not paying for stock or for middlemen.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Travel Luxe set holds the same formulas in smaller volumes and lasts approximately 14–20 days, depending on use. It is the smallest way to get to know the whole ritual. You can also try the products in the salons we work with.
What if it does not suit me?
Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For cosmetics whose hygienic seal has been broken, the law does not allow this for hygiene reasons (Section 1837(g) of the Czech Civil Code) — which is why we suggest starting with the travel set. If you are unsure, write to Jitka before you buy; she replies personally.
My skin is sensitive. What should I watch for?
Introduce new care gradually and start with a small amount. Before first use, apply a little to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. The full INCI is listed with every product, so you can check a specific ingredient. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your doctor first.
How soon will I see a difference?
Texture, scent and how skin feels are apparent straight away. For care that works on hydration and the skin barrier, it makes sense to judge the result after a few weeks of the ritual morning and evening. We promise no particular number of days — every complexion responds differently.
When will it arrive and what does delivery cost?
Delivery across the EU is free, always. Travel Luxe is in stock; full sizes are made to order by Jitka. We dispatch within 3 working days and send you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Can I combine J.Oli with what I already use?
Yes. The ritual is built so the steps follow one another from the lightest texture to the richest, and a product from another brand fits into that order. In the morning, always finish with SPF protection. If you use prescription treatments, speak to your doctor first.
