INFORMATION OBLIGATION OF ADMINISTRATOR
in connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data), as amended regulations (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR Regulation), we would like to inform you about how we process your personal data.

2. Why do we process your personal data?
Personal data is processed to the extent that the relevant data subject has provided it to the controller, in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with the controller, or that the controller has collected otherwise and processes it in accordance with applicable legal regulations or to fulfill the controller's legal obligations .
3. Do we transfer your personal data to other entities?
Yes, we transfer personal data if required by law. We transfer personal data to private entities only if it is necessary to fulfill our obligation (e.g. external accountant).
4. Do we transfer personal data to third countries?
We do not transfer personal data to third countries (countries outside the European Union).
5. How long will your personal data be stored in our records?
Your personal data will be stored in our records for the period determined by the organization's internal regulations, or for the necessary time according to the purpose of processing.
6. What rights do you have vis-à-vis us as the controller of my personal data?
At any time you can request us to

delete your personal data (if the conditions specified in Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation are met) or limit their processing.
7. What is the right to access to personal data?
You can ask us to tell you whether we are processing your personal data.
You can ask us for access to the processed personal data and for information about the processing of this data.
You can ask us to provide you with a copy of the processed personal data.
8. Can you request access to another person's personal data?
You can only request access to your personal data. If you want to request the personal data of another person, you must have a power of attorney from them.
9. How can you submit such a request?
We accept requests for information both in paper form and in electronic form.
Part of the acceptance of the application is the verification of the identity of the applicant. This verification of the applicant is necessary to protect the personal data of the applicant against unauthorized disclosure of this personal information.
Methods of identity verification:
Receipt by data mailbox from the data subject's data mailbox
Acceptance through the e-filing office, where the submission is signed with a valid qualified electronic signature
The application is signed by a certified signature (office, notary)
No other verification method is allowed.
10. When will you give me an answer?
We will usually inform you about the measures taken within one month. In some complex cases, however, we can extend the deadline.
11. How much does such a request cost?
This request and its processing is free of charge. However, in justified cases, we may request reimbursement of some costs (eg the price of a portable disk on which you are provided with a list of all personal data we process about you).
12. I gave my consent to the processing of personal data and would like to revoke it.
If you give your consent to the processing of some of your personal data, then you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data based on the consent given before its revocation. This means that the processing of personal data until the withdrawal of consent is legal.
13. What should you do if you believe that we are not processing your personal data correctly?
